We understand the importance of trust when purchasing sacred items. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

Eligible for Return
  • Items damaged in transit.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Missing items or incomplete orders.
  • Manufacturing defects discovered on delivery.
Not Eligible for Return
  • Opened or consumed pooja consumables (kumkum, oils, prasadam) once used.
  • Customized kits or made-to-order products.
  • Products damaged by misuse after delivery.
Time Window & Process

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  1. Contact support with order id, photos and description.
  2. Our team verifies and offers replacement or refund.
  3. Refunds processed in 3–7 business days after approval.
Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, or offered as store credit on request.
